The FOUNDATION FOR INDO-TURKIC STUDIES (FITS) is an independent research and policy Foundation , Established in 1999 it is devoted to the study and analysis of policies of countries inhabited by peoples speaking Aryan, Turkic and allied languages, stretching from Mongolia, Eastern Russia and Western China through Central Asia, the Caspian basin ,the Caucasus to Eastern Europe and down to South Asia with special focus from India and to promote cooperation. I was then resident in Bucharest, Romania, where I was glued to TV channels like CNN, BBC, Euro-News and many others. I had videotaped what was being shown repeatedly on my cassettes. Even then I had thought that it was a little surprising that the damage caused by a Boeing Jet to the Pentagon. In fact, earlier BBC reports showed that a missile had struck the Pentagon, this was later on erased. Even then, some people had raised questions about the presence of Mossad agents in the vicinity of US Trade Towers .It was incredible that while 4 Boeing aircrafts were carrying out attacks without any emergency military alert or scrambling of US air force jets. Even then, many of the things appeared quite improbable, like two aircraft striking into the world trade Towers and their coming down, tumbling. Little later it turned out that a shorter adjoining Tower, which was not attacked by any jet also tumbled down and the announcement was made by BBC before the actual tumbling down. Soon, on patently falsehood and lies, there was an illegal 2003 illegal invasion and barbaric occupation of Iraq, whose ramifications along with illegal bombing of and devastation to a happy and contented land of Libya and to Syrian insurgency with open support, financial military, intelligence led by U.S.-led West and its usual suspect allies like Saudi Arabia, Qatar and others in the Gulf and Turkey have further opened the gates of hell, on the poor, traumatized populations of West Asia.
